Pastor/Director of Global Missions
The Pastor/Director of Global Missions provides vision and strategic
leadership for all local, domestic, and international missions and church planting efforts at Christ Community
Church. This role champions the church’s mission beyond its walls by stewarding strategy, partnerships, and
leadership development in alignment with the overall vision and direction of the church.
Associate Pastor/Director of College & Young Adults
The role of the Associate Pastor/Director of College & Young Adults is
to oversee the college and young adult ministries of Christ Community and to carry out the mission of the
church. This person will provide a balanced ministry including discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, outreach, service,
and worship for college and young adults.
Adult Ministry Administrative Assistant
The Adult Ministry Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks for the church. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy challenges.
HR & Finance Administrative Assistant
The HR & Finance Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of
confidential administrative and organizational tasks for the church. This person must be exceedingly well
organized, trustworthy, and enjoy challenges.
Ministry Residency
Residencies are 12-24 month periods of focused ministry training and discipleship. Interested candidates should visit our Residencies page to learn more and apply.
Summer Interns
Interns commit to 10 weeks of full-time ministry in an area of their interest. They work alongside Christ Community pastors and staff to gain valuable ministry insight and experience. Interns receive a stipend and housing is provided. Interested candidates should complete the intern application linked below.
Weekday Preschool Teacher Assistant
Our Teacher Assistant position requires someone who is organized, works well with a team, has experience working with preschool age children and loves to be the support position in the classroom.
Weekday Preschool Lead Teacher
Our Lead Teacher position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, has experience working with preschool age children, works well with a team and can implement and coordinate all activities in the classroom. An Early Education degree is preferred, but not required.
Child Watch Workers
The Child Watch Worker cares for kids from birth through 5th grade at various events and activities throughout the year. This person must be personable, responsible, dependable and love children. This job is flexible with weekly opportunities as well as occasional large events.
