The Director of Global Missions provides vision and strategic leadership for all local, domestic, and international missions and church planting efforts at Christ Community Church. This role champions the church’s mission beyond its walls by stewarding strategy, partnerships, and leadership development in alignment with the overall vision and direction of the church. This role may also be a pastoral role for the right candidate.

The role of the Associate Pastor/Director of College & Young Adults is to oversee the college and young adult ministries of Christ Community and to carry out the mission of the church. This person will provide a balanced ministry including discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, outreach, service, and worship for college and young adults.

Our Lead Teacher position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, has experience working with preschool age children, works well with a team and can implement and coordinate all activities in the classroom. An Early Education degree is preferred, but not required.

Our Teacher Assistant position requires someone who is organized, works well with a team, has experience working with preschool age children and loves to be the support position in the classroom.

Interns commit to 10 weeks of full-time ministry in an area of their interest. They work alongside Christ Community pastors and staff to gain valuable ministry insight and experience. The Child Watch Worker cares for kids from birth through 5th grade at various events and activities throughout the year. This person must be personable, responsible, dependable and love children. This job is flexible with weekly opportunities as well as occasional large events.
