Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative and creative tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy challenges. Must be technologically and social media savvy with high capability to effectively communicate through electronic media. Written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. The Communications Coordinator reports to the Connections Pastor.

Associate Pastor, Adult Ministry

The primary role of the Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries is to oversee the development and execution of discipleship opportunities for adult members of Christ Community. He will provide strategic leadership to Community Groups and Men’s Ministry, with the goal of providing an avenue of discipleship for every member. The Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries reports to the Pastor of Discipleship Ministries.


Weekday Preschool Teacher Assistant

Our Teacher Assistant position requires someone who is organized, works well with a team, has experience working with preschool age children and loves to be the support position in the classroom.

Weekday Preschool Lead Teacher

Our Lead Teacher position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, has experience working with preschool age children, works well with a team and can implement and coordinate all activities in the classroom. An Early Education degree is preferred, but not required.

Child Watch Workers

The Child Watch Worker cares for kids from birth through 5th grade at various events and activities throughout the year. This person must be personable, responsible, dependable and love children. This job is flexible with weekly opportunities as well as occasional large events.

Ministry Residency

Residencies are 12-24 month periods of focused ministry training and discipleship. Interested candidates should visit our Residencies page to learn more and apply.

Summer Interns

Interns commit to 10 weeks of full-time ministry in an area of their interest. They work alongside Christ Community pastors and staff to gain valuable ministry insight and experience. Interns receive a stipend and housing is provided. Interested candidates should complete the intern application linked below.
