Training the next generation of church leaders
One of our core values at Christ Community is Strategically Sent. Simply put, this means that we are laser focused on multiplying our gospel impact across our city, region, and the world. Our dream is to invest in and send out countless men and women who will lead churches and ministries far and wide. Our internships are a key part of that strategy.
Interns spend their time working as a key part of the Christ Community staff team. Interns focus their attention on a ministry area that aligns with their skills and goals. We also work hard to expose interns to a variety of other ministry areas to broaden their perspective. They’ll work closely with our pastors and staff in these areas gaining valuable experience, discipleship, and coaching.
Additionally, our pastors spend time each week talking through ministry, assigned reading, and other topics essential to developing as a leader. If you think you may be called to ministry, are willing to work hard, and are passionate about the gospel, then an internship at Christ Community may be a great fit for you.
