At Christ Community, we are guarded by our elders, who give direction, leadership, and pastoral care to our church family. We are guided by our staff under the leadership of our Lead Pastor, Dr. Ronnie Parrott. We are served by our deacons, who help with the physical needs of our church family. We are gifted by the body as Jesus works through us.

Throughout the New Testament, the words “pastor” and “elder” are used synonymously to describe men who are called and set apart to lead, feed, guard, care, and pray for the church. At Christ Community, directional elders provide oversight and accountability to the church as a whole, including oversight of all ministry, operations, and finances of the church. Staff elders (pastors) lead the day-to-day ministries of the church and lay elders help with pastoral care at their specific congregation.
